Fee Payment

• JMVS reserves the right to charge fees for certain changes, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions. 

• The User shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and service charge use of the services.

• JMVS will not be responsible for any delay in Visa processing or the outcome of an application and all requisite fees will be applicable. JMVS will not entertain any refunds for whatsoever reason.

Evisa / Visa 

• J M Visa Service has no role in the decision making process for granting the visa and no promises have been made by any of the staff of J M Visa Service.

• The Embassy/ High Commission/ Emigration Consulate General reserves the right to ask for further Documentation.

• Issuing of visa depends on the sole discretion of the visa officer and J M Visa Service shall only act as a representative on behalf of Customer.

• Visa officer may or may not approve the application. Customer shall not at any point of time have the right to claim on J M VISA SERVICE for such rejection or delayed in approval of application by the visa officer.

• J M VISA SERVICE is not liable for any delay in processing or the decision once the visa application is submitted. And in case of a delay I agree to reschedule my travel accordingly.

• Visa application fees is non Refundable and is payable even if a visa is not granted.

• Visa may be delay in case of technical error and Rush in immigration or Embassy.

• Visa may be refused/delayed if your details not matched with the documents.
